Alfred Tompkins, Director of The Haven Family Center

Alfred Tompkins has served for two years as the Director of the Haven Family Center, a ministry of Calvary Tabernacle. His primary responsibilities include overseeing programming and outreach, working with local pastors, community leaders, and school officials. Alfred's ministry experience spans some 17 years, in which he co-pastored in a community church, spent a number of years as a camp director, and served as director of Community Outreach at the City Mission of Schenectady. Alfred currently holds a Bachelor's degree in Christian Education. He and his wonderful wife, Octavia, of over thirty years have been blessed with four children and 7 beautiful grandchildren.
